How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at your plan rate at the end of each month. You'll receive an email notification when you reach 80% of your included minutes so you can upgrade if needed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your online portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
There is a one-time $299 setup fee that covers custom script creation, agent training on your business, phone line configuration, and the first week of tight monitoring to dial in your workflow. That fee is non-refundable, but the 14-day free trial still applies to the monthly subscription. No long-term contracts — we earn your business month to month.
How quickly can I get started?
Most clients are fully set up within 24 hours. After you sign up, your account manager builds your script, you approve it, and then simply forward your number to your Elite line.
Do you offer HIPAA-compliant service?
Yes. Our Professional and Business plans include HIPAA-compliant message handling. Our agents are trained on healthcare call protocols and we sign a BAA upon request.
