4. Costs and Charges

5. Opt-Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers
Our messaging service is supported on all major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our SMS service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or timeliness of our messaging services. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without interruption or error.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our SMS services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in question (if any).
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
